Working at F&F
Working at F&F is fast paced and no two days are the same! Being agile and strategic in our thinking means we are able to respond quickly to customer needs and wants, all while building the best range for our customers. We’re a target driven team who love to go above and beyond when delivering departmental targets and strategies, and work closely together to ensure that we do.
Life at F&F Design
Designing at F&F is incredibly fast paced, reactive, creative and fun. The design team analyse data from what’s in store around the world to street style, influencer fashion, to what’s coming off the latest runways. We capture this information in regular design reports so that we can react and tailor our ranges to be directional and commercial with our customer at the heart of everything that we do.
Working as a Designer for F&F
Each designer is specialist in their role, whether that’s Knitwear Designer, Outerwear, Tailoring, Denim etc. Each Designer works differently depending on options, lead times and supply base meaning some will sketch and be more hands on and some will brief direction and inspiration. However, all Designers work collaboratively at the beginning of each season to identifying key items, colours, fabrics and prints which are then presented to key stakeholders across the business.
International Travel
Traveling for inspiration and visiting our supply base abroad usually plays a big part of the role.
