Festive food to order helps customers plan ahead and access the best quality Christmas food Tesco has to offer in time for Christmas. It serves as a key Customers retention tool at Christmas, as well as importantly driving quality reappraisal of our premium Christmas range at a time where premium matters most.
This role is unique, requiring meticulous project management skills throughout the entire supply chain given the uniqueness in solely managing the entire end to end operation of Festive food to order. For this reason, no other buying role offers this level of operational management across a breadth of stakeholders in our business.
The purpose is to work with a wide team to curate a range that not only surprises and delights, but rewards loyalty and reassures Customers in time for their all important Christmas meal.
Given the uniqueness of this category and its set up, the planning for FFTO is an all year round role.
