Job Summary:
Responsible for Growth FP&A including Technology and consolidation of accelerated growth plans
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure execution of the personalisation (loyalty & retention) strategy and delivery against targets, working together on forecasts and driving corrective action.
- Generating insightful analysis and insight to support decision making. Proactively identifying issues and working to resolve.
- Bringing financial scrutiny to commercial business plans and supporting stakeholders to deliver project-based proposals from inception through to completion. Ensure priority projects are managed, resourced and delivered effectively.
- Challenging the business teams on plans and forecast to ensure robustness and consistency.
- Building the Personalisation LTP and Budget
