This job requires to be based in/close to Kraków. We currently work in a hybrid model and meet in our office 3 days a week.
Product Managers at Tesco Technology are passionate about solving problems. They take accountability for complex products, and are empowered to drive the product strategy, roadmap and outcomes. Driven by curiosity and innovation, coupled with a strong partnership with Business, Engineering, User Research and Data Science teams, our product managers create value for our Customers and Colleagues in all our markets.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to be part of this journey, sharing our ambition to deliver a new Group Distribution Platform for Tesco to support our Group Operating Model. Our mission is to develop the Group Distribution Platform for our colleagues across all markets. We aim to create a robust, user-friendly, and high-performing system that integrates seamlessly with our services and vendors. We will simplify processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver significant savings by utilising algorithms, applying machine learning and automation. The Lead Product Manager will set strategy and direction, working alongside expert Senior Product Managers and line-managing Product Managers. If that sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you.
