Be the voice of user experience for people in other disciplines who don’t have as much of an appreciation for the user's needs
Be accountable for designs and documentation working to established design rules; patterns; systems; style guides; interaction; accessibility standards & branding guidelines
Outline team goals; objectives; expectations for the project & help plan tasks
Breakdown briefs and communicate requirements to teams
Proactively share and communicate design expertise and knowledge with your peers and teams to improve organisational capability
Collaborate with all design & delivery disciplines to create & improve user interfaces & designs that are in-line with our design principles
Demonstrate strong written; verbal communication and presentation skills to all levels of seniority and disciplines within the organisation.
