Management Trainee - Store Manager

The 18-month programme provides necessary training sessions to help you become a Store Manager, starting in our small formats, with the opportunity to move to one of our largest stores in the future. You will receive on-the-job training which will give you a deep understanding of the business from retail operations to people management, moving on to understanding the strong leadership skills needed to be a Line Manager. This is undoubtedly a great challenge for young generations.

This programme could see you getting onto the retail management career ladder.

With plenty of support, as well as excellent on-the-job training and external learning, you'll soon start to have the basic technical and leadership skills to work as a store manager in one of our stores.

It's a lot to take on in a short space of time. And although you have to build your strong team, you have to motivate yourself and your team every day to reach our values No one try harder for customer . Expect regular reviews by your mentor so you can gauge how you're progressing. And advice and guidance is always on hand.

Bachelor or Master's degree with
     -  GPA > 2.75
     -  Good English proficiency
     -  Service-minded
     -  Willing to travel and work upcountry
