We see things differently…

You will be managing a team of between 5-15 colleagues, inspiring and developing your team to deliver a premium service to our customers.

You will be driving promotions and company initiatives throughout the year such as a week of free eye tests for our customers as a part of our using our scale for good ‘Healthtember’ initiative.

Ensuring all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• You will ensure customers are at the heart of everything we do, from appointment availability to finding frames that compliment faces, from PA to health advisor to personal stylist, you will help deliver our vision.
• You will lead, motivate and develop your colleagues.
• You will be confident that you and your colleagues are keeping us safe and legal by following The College of Optometrists guidelines, General Optical Council and NHS Regulations
• You will be IT literate.
