Reporting to the Business Partnerships Manager, you will work as part of the team across varied and large-scale programmes enabling our partnerships strategy for Home & Clothing.

You will be responsible for

  • Member of the project “clean team” analysing performance data & recommending actions to improve trading performance & providing compliant data to partners as required.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of product data integrity for partners including; product induction, price changes, promotions & duplicate barcodes.
  • Tracking performance of data reporting to partners, resolving/escalating issues as required.
  • Supporting in the delivery of the trade planning process for partners including management of space.
  • Setting up governance packs & working with finance to create content for governance forums and reviewing performance versus KPI targets. Compile lessons learnt process for projects, taking on board stakeholder feedback & refining ways of working for future programmes.
  • Work in partnership with colleagues from across the Tesco organisation as well as external partners.
  • Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity & due diligence.

You will need

This role will best suit an individual who enjoys working as part of a team, is well organised, pragmatic and with an inquisitive mind who is motivated to make change for the better and, most importantly, puts our customers first.

You’ll need to have demonstrated experience of:

  • Ability to demonstrate strong written, verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Team player, able to build solid collaborative working relationships with peers & external partners.
  • Customer, commercial and critical thinking.
  • Highly organised with strong data analysis, report preparation & MS office/Excel skills.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
