At Tesco, we believe in the power of spending more time together, face to face, than apart. So, during your working week, you can expect to spend 60% of your time in one of our office locations or local sites and the rest remotely. We also recognise that life looks a little different for each of us. Some people are at the start of their careers, some want the freedom to do the things they love. Others are going through life-changing moments like becoming a carer, nearing retirement, adapting to parenthood, or something else. That’s why at Tesco, we always welcome a conversation about flexible working. So, talk to us throughout your application about how we can support.
As the Product Manager in our Supplier & Partner Domain team, you will play a key role in transforming how Tesco manages all aspects of its supplier lifecycle through supplier and colleague facing tools, services, and experiences.
With a focus on three key pillars – Data Accuracy, Data Accessibility and Data Governance – you will shape how data relating to our suppliers and partners is collated from various sources, managed centrally, and shared across the Tesco group. This will drive benefits across all Tesco markets, build trusted partnerships, and support Tesco’s core purpose and values.
Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will work alongside other product managers, engineers, analytics, designers (including researchers) and program teams to define and execute the strategy for your portfolio of products (APIs, complex data structures).
We are looking for an ambitious individual who is a self-starter and can demonstrate a passion for solving problems, working collaboratively, and embracing technology and change in what is an exciting and broad area that is foundational to Tesco’s supplier and partner strategy.
Whilst specific responsibilities will be dependent upon the changing needs of the Tesco business, the following provides an overview of the role’s key responsibilities and measures.
