We are delighted to share that we are now recruiting for a Product Quality Assessor to join the team at Dagenham distribution centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the quality of Tesco Group products using the appropriate processes and specifications, so only great quality, safe & legal products reach our customers.
The role is working out of Dagenham distribution centre, with occasional supplier visits required so the candidate must have access to a vehicle and hold a valid driving licence. The role is checking the product quality of a variety of products within the warehouse, following specifications and guidelines to ensure the product sent to store is of the best and right quality. The role is on a shift pattern 5 days a week out of 7 for 8 hours from 6am-9pm, working 1 in 3 weekends, the rota and hours are confirmed 4 weekly.
As well as checking the product quality the role does have other elements to it once training is complete. This role would suit someone with excellent customer approach and good cross functional working relations across teams demonstrating effective communication skills.
