About the role

We are delighted to share a new opportunity within F&F. We are looking for an experienced Campaign and Media Manager to join the F&F Marketing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving and growing team, creating and delivering innovative and compelling campaigns and media plans across the marketing mix.

This role is perfect for someone who has experience in agency management, proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns and can build effective media plans.

You will be responsible for

  • End-to-end campaign management with large-scale budgets, focussed on driving NPS and market share
  • Assessing, feeding back on, and developing strategic and creative approach for each campaign 
  • Leading the media strategy, planning and buying of media for the UK creating an omnichannel communication plan and supporting the international markets ensuring we maximise the return from our investment in advertising
  • Writing and delivering single-minded and inspiring briefs to world-class agencies like BBH London, Essence Mediacom as well as internal teams 
  • Confidently presenting comms and media plans to senior stakeholders securing approval across the business 
  • Working closely with the Strategy and Proposition manager to plan the year laydown for comms, writing briefs, and translating business challenges into comms
  • Partnering with Insight team to ensure briefs have clear objectives, test creative and drive effectiveness. 
  • Forecasting, managing, and tracking the comms and Media budgets across all markets, always looking for ways to save
  • Management and development of 2 marketing assistants
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for campaign innovation and driving continuous improvements to processes to make things simpler for your team, stakeholders, and agencies
  • Staying up to date with campaigns, media and clothing industry news to keep us on the front foot
  • Working with internal partners such as the Insight team and external agencies to create audience profiles and assess the effectiveness of our media campaigns - Ensuring the tracking/tagging/measurement of your campaigns is robust and fit-for-purpose (whether it be digital attribution or econometric modelling).

You will need

  • 5 to 10 years experience developing customer comms and media plans across multi channels
  • A passion for creating excellent customer communications and robust media plans
  • The ability to translate insight into action and a business proposition into a simple and compelling comms and media brief
  • An eye for creative and a strategic brain
  • Excellent communications skills
  • A collaborative approach to working with agencies and cross functional teams
  • Strong people management skills
  • The ability and energy to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing projects and the ability to multi-task and prioritise
