About the role

Working with the Technology and Legal team (reporting to Head of Legal – Contract Transformation) you will be helping to embed the Tesco Group Contract Transformation strategy.

The role will focus on assisting Group Legal to improve current contracting processes, report and analyse contract data and assist the legal team during the implementation of new contracting technology.

You will be responsible for

  • Working with technology and legal team (reporting to Head of Legal – Contract Transformation) to embed the Tesco Group Contract Transformation strategy
  • Connecting with a wide group of stakeholders to facilitate timely delivery of the project
  • Implementation planning and delivery of Contract Lifecycle Management tool or similar (focussing on the legal team’s role therein)
  • Tracking and reporting on legal team KPI’s as part of the transformation project
  • Assist with legal requests and allocations
  • Workflow creation, management and updates
  • Process mapping
  • Manging group contract templates 

You will need

  • Law degree or equivalent work experience as a Paralegal / supporting a Legal team in the contract management space
  • Project management experience
  • Data analytics and reporting (proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Senior stakeholder management
