About the role

In a new and dynamic part of the business you will be responsible for consulting and delivering projects to improve online customer experience and business performance. With a keen eye for developing trends in the global market you will help evaluate solutions and strategies to build and deploy business wide change! You'll be a champion for change and help cultivate a culture of innovation, creative problem solving and open communication. The role also offers an exciting opportunity for travel and work with a large variety of internal and external partners!

You will be responsible for

  • Assessing the financial impact of projects and building cases
  • Working collaboratively to select and develop solutions and operating models
  • Leading and influencing partners across businesses and functions at all levels, at the right time
  • Tracking project achievements and deliverables, identifying and leading risks, issues and dependencies, in line with industry best practice and using the appropriate tools and templates
  • Responding in a timely manner to changing priorities; adapting and adjusting plans as required
  • Landing projects on the front-line, developing the right communication and training materials to support successful implementation
  • Ensuring sustainability of the solutions developed, tracking KPIs and benefits, handing over to 'Business As Usual';
  • Contributing to make your team a phenomenal place to work and building a successful team culture
  • Being an expert within your area, having awareness of the wider market and sharing knowledge with the wider team
  • Defining your objectives with your manager and leading your own development plan to meet this

You will need

  • Ideally from a management consultant or transformation background with experience of ecommerce, fulfilment, or logistics background.
  • Be an independent problem solver who can handle high levels of ambiguity
  • Be flexible to travel worldwide locations when permitted
  • Experience delivering projects across the whole project lifecycle
  • Experience as a consultant (or internal change function) leading a wide range of partners
  • Experience of delivering operational improvement using relevant methodologies
  • Versatility and ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing business priorities
  • Interest and experience in Online, Fulfilment and/or Distribution
  • You will need to be able travel nationally and internationally
