Job Description

This a maternity cover job which requires to be based in/close to Kraków. We currently work in a hybrid model and meet in our office 3 days a week.

  • Supporting People projects defined by Lead People Partner, providing PL-specific solutions and insight for CE / Group initiatives.
  • Ensuring periodic budget and forecast are completed, regarding Office & Engagement costs.
  • Ownership of our Office - expansion, costs, space planning, delivering necessary change.
  • Responsible for Routines & Tesco Policies including co-design and deployment.
  • Coordination, development, and implementation of both seasonal and monthly Engagement activities across Local Office.
  • Taking responsibility of local communication agenda including representation in Comms team forums in CE / Group and relevant channels (News & Views, Colleague Help).
  • Organization or co-organization of in-office events such as hackathons, conferences, and other Group Technology Activities.
  • Cooperation with Brand Manager to support relevant branding activities in the local hub directed both inwards and outwards.

Qualifications

  • Project Management experience
  • Written English on B2/C1 level
  • Experience in HR agenda is a plus
  • Impeccable organizational skills
