Support the Store Audit Manager and Regulatory Compliance Managers to deliver food safety and regulatory policies, procedures and measure compliance through the safe and legal store audit programme
This role will involve some weekend work.
Support the team in reviewing and developing food safety and regulatory policies and procedures
Liaising with Retail Operational teams and advising on food safety and regulatory policy and procedures
Responding to questions and requests for information on the safe and legal audit including, but not restricted to product safety via email, phone and Yammer
Preparing detailed reports and communications on food hygiene, audits or other product safety data for the business
Using data and insight to identify trends and key areas of risk
Develop communication tools and training
Engage widely with all business stakeholders to gain a good understanding of retail operations and communicate effectively with these stakeholders to drive a food safety culture across the business.
Keep up to date with legislative changes, trends and technology, emerging product risks and risk management activity.
