This is a hands-on job where no two days are the same. As a Manager you’ll have all eyes on you to make sure everyone is fired up, focused and pulling in the same direction. To help you flourish in such a lively and fast-changing role, we’ve got a well-defined way of working.

You will:

  • Offer expert sales advice and support to your customers in the Phone Shop
  • Manage and achieve department budgets/targets including contract sales, profit, insurance attachment, shrinkage, payroll and training
  • Ensure that customers can always get what they want
  • Coach your team to follow warehouse guidelines so that the Phone Shop stock room always complies with What Good Looks Like
