Work in our Customer Fulfilment Centres

Our Customer Fulfilment Centres are where your groceries are picked, packed and dispatched from. They’re designed to cater to all our online customers’ needs.

To achieve this, there are a number of roles that we need to fill:

  • Personal Shoppers, who pick and pack the shopping for our customers
  • Customer Delivery Drivers, who deliver our customers’ shopping to their homes
  • Customer Replenishment Assistants who keep the shelves well stocked and make it easier for the Personal Shoppers to find the products

We also have a number of management positions in our Customer Fulfilment Centres, including Replenishment and Picking Managers as well as Stock Control and Operations Managers.

Each Customer Fulfilment Centre prides itself on its ability to offer customers the highest quality products and the best service in the Grocery Home Shopping market. To keep this up, we must constantly improve and find the best colleagues to work in our highly rewarding positions.
