Recruiter - Part Time

Please note: this is a part time role working over 3days a week

Working within our resourcing team you will support a Recruitment Manager to deliver the end to end recruitment process for the business. Sourcing candidates through direct channels and agency you will be working closely with the line manager from taking the initial brief through to interview and offer stage.

• Being the first point of contact for candidates and ensuring their experience and application is positive and dealt with in a timely manner
• Full accountability for full lifecycle recruitment, from advertisement to offer.
• Ownership and responsibility for prompt and accurate advertising and management of all vacancies on internal and external websites
• Managing career and external websites such as LinkedIn, and any additional websites used to help promote our current vacancies and direct source candidates
• Liaise with applicants and candidates and be the face of Tesco to external interest
• Ownership of the vacancy and candidate trackers and ensuring that they are kept up to date on a daily basis
• Manage all offers and candidate care through to start date
• Ad hoc project work as required

• Previous experience working in a high volume resourcing role
• Strong track record of delivering hires through direct sourcing channels
• Proactive individual who can work on their own initiative
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience of managing end to end recruitment process
• Competent in the use of candidate management systems
