We are on the lookout for a Data Operator to join our F&F Central Europe team. This person will be responsible for maintaining product data and sending Purchase Orders to suppliers in a timely fashion.

You will be responsible for

  • Update and send Purchase Orders to the Suppliers and Merchandising Team for both new line orders and repeats.
  • Maintain the product data in RMS and add sizes and create additional Ratio Packs when required, liaising with Teams across the business.
  • Remain on top of issues which impact product induction, engaging with stakeholders to ensure that any issues are resolved as soon as possible.
  • Take action with queries regarding systems, PO’s and general administration.
  • Being responsible for maintain Supplier, Factory, Brand and Attribute data.

You will need

  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Preferrable - knowledge of Tesco systems RMS and OTM.
